Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order.

Free Delivery

  • We offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £100.00.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as courier delays or peak seasonal demand. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have informed us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Please note: This cooling-off period applies to online purchases. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect items are not affected.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement product.

If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights and cover the return postage costs.
